I must have felt pretty stressed when I worked. Because every morning when I got to work, one of my co-workers and I would head down to the cafeteria and get our morning caffeine. When I got back to my desk, I would take my morning cocktail of 2 ibuprofen, a vitamin and a huge gulp of diet coke. I would usually need another dose of pain relief before the end of the day. I always had a headache.
I’m not discounting that it might have come from the height of my computer screen and the angle of my chair, but the headache was a constant companion for me nearly everyday. I talked to my doctor about it and she suggested several things – none of which really took away the pain.
I have to say that it wasn’t more than a week after I quit working that the headache pain was gone. Coincidence? I think not. Another positive benefit of not going into the office anymore.
